Sat night chat
For those of you who frequent Sat night chat, see if you can log on. I have tried and it seems with the new upgrades we are locked out of chat again. If anyone has any suggestions as to how we may gain access again, let me know.
It tells me that my browser needs to be set to accept session cookies, I have tried this and it still will not let me log on.

I think there were supposed to be some upgrades Friday. I don't know if it had anything to do with this, we were in chat Sat night (for a short period) and my computer got real slow and I logged off and rebooted.(this usually fixes the problem) It took me until sometime Sun to figure out how to revert my hard drive to a time before I first logged onto chat Sat night before I could even access the internet again. I am not very computer savvy, so it takes me awhile, but I hope someone can figure this out. We may have to go back to IRC for a while again.

Same here Bobby, but one thing I did notice, it will let me log onto FTE with my Dell computer now, while on Mozilla. Before it would only go back to the log-in screen. Oh well, maybe somebody will figure it out.

Jeff, I'm having the same problem with Foxfire so I did some checking there is a parameter that controls session cookies and when I checked my settings it was set not to allow session cookies so I changed the setting to true, accept session cookies, but it still does not work.
To get there you need to type "about:config" without the quotes in the address bar and hit enter. This will give you a rather long list of settings, page down until you come to, network.cookie.alwaysAcceptSessionCookies, if the setting is false double click the line and it will change to true.
Restart Firefox and the change will be made. I did all of this, rebooted the computer as well and I still can not get to chat.
I suspect that this is a problem that is located at the server and nothing that us lowly users have any control over. Perhaps the next update/fix will resolve this and provide us with something else that doesn't work quite like it used to.
Computers, ain't technology wonderful!!!
Have a great evening...
