Back from paint seat belts were worn and thrown out without me knowing. Now I can't find the shoulder straps new not even at the dealer. LMC has a set, but I don't remeber how they were set up in the truck. LMC looks like a belt across the shoulder only and a seperate on the lap. Truck was out to paint for a year.

 

Several of the site sponsors my have them in stock as well. They are a shoulder/lap combination. Autozone's repair info for your truck should outline where the attachments are made.
