It may have both OBD connectors. OBD2 is under the dash, OBD1 is under the hood. It's a crap shoot as whether your trucks PCM has been re-flashed to the newer one.
If you are looking to pull codes for the flashing OD lite I'm pretty sure that OBD1 will not give out the codes. That's usually a transmission fault.
The CEL will have codes with both OBD's.....you have nothing to lose by plugging into either port to try an pull codes. Nothing bad will happen. Keep us informed.
