Cool can't find a new harmonic balancer?!?

ok, I guess I need a new harmonic balancer for my 96 f-150. The problem is, no one has one. They sell them for bo*th the 5.0 and 5.8 (I have a 5.8) but they don't have the tone ring on em for the cranshaft position sensor (aka misfire sensor)

Anyone have any idea on where I can get one?
I also need the pickup sensor which I was able to find, but not the timing indicator that goes over it.

Ford says they can order one, but they are not sure if it what I need, but it is $240, which is a hellofa lot of coin for a stock dampner.

really at a loss here, any help would be appreciated.
