Your truck looks great my friend even if it were parked in the shade, you need to post this pic in the 54/56 grill post, I'm a fan of the 56 but the 54 looks good to IMO.

Heads good, thanks for asking!
It's time to start enjoying the old truck...hit some local shows.....find my way to the nationals this year... I plan to send some pics to the previous owner...I think he would approve of the changes.
The wife has been patient, time to start on the new deck and\or screened porch.
I have the upholstery guy putting a binding edge on a piece of carpet for the floors and stitching a matching shift boot for me.
I'll post some pics of the interior when it's done.
Later, Ed

Ed,

It is not my policy to rave over fellow member's trucks. Perhaps I am just a selfish man. There are quite a few that are deserving of praise and you can always put me in line with loyal fellow members when someone needs votes for a contest or a t-shirt.

Opening this thread is a bit different. I've probably seen a truck painted that color, but none that have made the old heart beat faster. Very good looking truck and a fantastic color.

I bought a '63 Corvette when I was in the Army. It was silver, red interior with cheap mag wheels and 340hp. After putting a few years on it, its silver began to fade. I loved that car so much that I painted it a color very close to your truck's color, turning the interior black.

We share incredibly good taste in color.

perhaps just a foolish man, himmelberg
