Cool Temp dial not working properly

I am having trouble with the temp dial **** on my F150 HVAC control. It will still blow hot air when in the blue section and cold air sometimes when in the Red section. Is anyone else having this problem ? It is very tough to balance the temperature !!

the baffles in the hvac system are controled by little servo motors, the one that controls the temperature could be sticking causing an intermittant problem, thats where i would check first
