I do not recognise those numbers. Look on the back right corner of your van/truck. There should be a metal brace going across the corner right in front of the tailight. This will have the serial number for the vehicle. Get me that and we can probally break it down.
The serial number tag should be on the drivers door with info also about engine , axle, paint color. That number you posted is unknown to me.

You have to PM me or post the tag in your gallery which you can upload your pics of your new ride.
Just go to usercp and click on this and it goes to edit gallery and signatures and so on. Here you can post pics of your trucks.

It's a 1965 Econoline.

After 1965, Canada uses the same VIN and Warranty Plate US trucks do.

The following is from the General Information Section ~ 1964/72 Ford Truck Parts Catalog ~ Canadian Built Vehicles.
6: Engine Code: 6 Cylinder (the info doesn't say which one).

93: Body Type Code: Station Bus

11: Series Code: 1965 Econoline

90: Wheelbase = 90"

L = Left Hand Drive

220,043 = Numerical Sequence of Assembly (Canada)

A = Gross Vehicle Weight Range: 0 to 6,000 lbs.

From the General Infomation Section (page 35) of the 1964/72 Ford Truck Parts Catalog ~ 1965 Canadian Built Vehicles.

"The fourth and fifth digits of the serial number indicate the truck series."

"The following chart lists these codes and truck model which they represent."

The number 11 represents all Econolines.

The number 10 represents all 1/2 ton pickups / the number 35 represents all one ton pickups, etc.

I left something out of the last post. The numerical sequence of assembly.

The first serial number for the following 1965 Canadian built trucks: B500/700; C550/600; E100; F100/750 is: 195,001 = which means your Econoline (220,043) is a 1965 model.
