I have a '97 F250 7.3L shortbed crewcab 4x4 with dual fuel tanks. Can someone tell me what the tank capacities are on the mid and rear tanks?

Also, I found a site about recalibrating the speedo's on these things but can't find it (even though I thought I put it in my favorites) Can someone tell me the steps for recalibrating the speedos on this truck?
