Thank You to all that were able to come to the GTG It was great to meet all the new members that came. We had 6 new members and thier families 2 non members and of course the 5 long time chapter members. The chili was fantastic and truck talk was even better. Sorry to all that couldn't make it but the next meet will be in June down towards Eldorado to be hosted by Jeff and his wife Donna. I will start a thread real soon on this next GTG.
I just put all the pics I took in my gallery and I have to apologize to Paul and to Matt I didn't have any good pics of your rides . I hope Michaela did.
Don't see any 70's trucks in that pic I reckon we should have come on up there looks like a good time was had hope to catch the next one down south
Nope. We have several members with 60's Fords, but they all drove the newer iron to this meet. I think the oldest truck in the line was the Bronco II, and it was maybe an 85.
One of these years I'll get my 79 put back together and bring it to one.
We did talk about you a lot .....I'm surprised your ears wern't burning. And your old lady showed up powershifting the one ton.....that was pretty cool
We had a great time as well. The next local g2g we have Mater will be there!! Jeff, thanks again for the parts, can't wait to have a g2g at your place. I already have the floor mat, tail light, door cup, e-brake assy., and glove box light in. Mater looks like a whole new truck already. I will get some pics and post them up tomorrow. I need to clean the back window up and order a gasket for it.
Dave don't worry about not getting a pic of mine! It was not picture-worthy at the time (filthy). If the weather holds for tomorrow I'm going to try to detail it provided I feel better. I've got the crud...
