Good Grief Charlie Brown! How'd I miss that? I guess it's because I get confused a little bit myself if I don't watch it and forget dual planes are the mild ones and single planes are the high revv'ers. Judging by the list of other parts, I'm wondering if he didn't mean "dual" because I saw "nothing too serious" or whatever he said and just thought it was, and kinda missed the "single" part. Anyway, you don't have to be an expert to be correct in the fact that single plane manifolds are designed to run at elevated RPM's, very much so at the expense of low end torque. Going by his last post, I think his cam is good for what he wants, but he would be better off with a dual plane intake, like a Performer RPM or a Weiand X-CELerator, if he in fact has a Vic Jr. or other single plane.
