I'm going to visit my family in La. I'll accept any new members when I get back. We are growing so fast I add about 2 members a wk. Ya'll have a great Easter.

I hope to kill a big turkey while I'm in La. The season opens Sat

You might check the wharfs while you're there for Gulf Schrimp too if you can keep them frozen on the way back.

RED SNAPPER from off South Cali is the bomb (if the mexican trawlers haven't eradicated them all)

Pink succulent flesh that cooks to a delicate white and retains rare savor - THAT is fish!

But then of course there is always "Ling Cod"

Oh I beg to differ on that one. You cannot compare pacific snapper to the snapper that comes fromt he polluted gulf, nothing beats it in tenderness. Pan fried with lemon butter sauce, hmmm hmmmm.
