need all you intelligent types help please

I've got a thread in the Garage section on building an Steriod enhanced engine stand for a 460 build up...

here's the link

I know this brain trust can come up with something that would be worthy of a 460... my ideas / drawings are there and I've got some questions that need some answers from you highly intelligent or mechanically talented folks...(how's that for brown-nosing, Penn Dick? )

thanks in advance

later

John,
Did you mention overbuild anywhere in you description? I don't think you did

From what I can tell you want this thing to be heavy enough to be able to bolt your combination frame rotisserie/childs amusement ride to, complete with frame, suspension, complete driveline, and engine and trans

I think I have seen the pic that you are refering to, but alas those precious brain cells that were the repositorie of that info have since been purged from the system. I'll see if I can dig something up

Good luck
Bobby

I put my 2 cents into the garage thread....but I forget what I said. It was good, though....I think.

I need a frosty now.

That is quite an engine stand, looks like it could holed a fullsize Diesel engine. I doubt it would fit in my tiny garage.
