Any of the Saskatoonians here into thunderstock racing? I could barely ever get out to the auto clearing speedway when the races were going on, hoping to have some time to go out and sit in the cement this year.

Anyone watch the cars whip around the track or just me on this board?

The only one I know of at this time is Eric/lockups and he goes fairly often.

I used to go quite often when I lived in Saskatoon. Haven't been to the new track yet, would like to check it out someday!!!

 

It's an awesome track. I'm actually a newbie myself when it comes to stock car enthusiasm and don't know all the ins and outs but it doesn't take some one special to appreciate the fumes, the speed and the action on the track.

I actually got into watching 'cause of a friend of mine though I never got to see him race before he passed away. That was incredibly unfortunate for a number of reasons and because he was supposed to be one of the best on the track.

When we are in the city we try to get out there (daughter, Wife and I).
Great entertainment. If I lived in the city i would be active in some respect at the track.

 

i watch our local one from time to time but i imagine its nothing like the ones in the city...

 

I havent been to the races for quite a few years now. Used to enjoy them though.

 

Used to go to the old track about every second race night. Only been to the new one five or six times.

 

I just never find the time or will, but I would love to make it to a Endro this year.
