from what I read on another F150 forum, they say the rear hubs on the Expy/Navi are 1mm smaller than the F-150. This guy had some Navi rims on his F-150 and he had a heck of a time trying to get the rear wheels back off. He literally had to pry them off and damaged them as a result.

But there are no problems going the other way, i.e., putting F-150 rims on an Expy/Navi.

and Mark LT rims should fit the F150 no problem.

Check the part numbers between the Navi and MarkLT rims, they might be different.

For example, I was looking into the new Expedition chrome 20's (part #7L1Z-1007-D). They also have the same looking chrome 20's in the factory Ford F150 accessory guide (part #8L3Z-1007). They have different part numbers. I'm guessing because of the hub difference.

I'm on my second set of Nav wheels. My truck came stock with 17'' XLT rims, I bought a set of brand new chrome 18" 04 Navigator wheels and Michelin's. No problems mounting up at all. Just recently I purchased a set of 08 Nav 20" wheels and brand new Pirelli's for 1200 shipped to my door with Ford center caps and they mount up perfect. Ebay has so many sets that it makes no sense for me to buy new replacement tires when I can get brand new take offs every couple years....and save money.

Joe, so you didn't have any problems removing the Navi 18's from your truck?

I know I've seen several F150 trucks with Expy or Navi rims on them. But then, like I said, this one guy posted on another forum about his rear Navi rims being stuck on his F150. And then a Ford dealer mechanic posted on there about the smaller hub size difference on the Expy/Navis versus the F150.

No problem at all, I had the 18" on for 2 years or so and rotated them twice a year. And these mounted right up no problem as well.

The caps are off the expedition 18" chrome rims, the guy I bought them from offered them for $100 more, but I negotiated with him. I'm at work now but I'll get a close up later. My other covers snapped over the lug nuts these just fit snug in there but you see the lug nuts...which means it's time for a set of chrome one's and def a set of locks!

I looked for weeks until I found the right set and negotiated with the seller online and then finalized the deal over the phone, patience paid off.
