Hey guys, I have a bit of a dilema right now. I went and looked at a great 84 bronco over in Rhode Island, and I'd really like to buy the thing. Ct makes you get an emissions test on an out of state vehicle before you can get a permanent registration, unless it is over 25 years old, which this bronco is not. The bronco is missing its cats, and air pump, and other emissions equipment. I would really like to get the thing but I have no idea how I would get around emissions. Putting an emissions system back onto it would be a real PITA. Have any of you ran into the same problem and were you able to get around it? Im just looking for some ideas as to how I may be able to go about this. Thanks
Unfortunately no, the vehicle is about an hour and a half away from me as well, so I don't think the owner would be to fond of letting me take it on a 80 mile road trip.
