Hey guys, have a quick question that I couldn't find an answer to with search.
Whats the shelf life of untouched WVO? Also, would it be better to strain and dewater (if needed) before letting it sit?
What I'm looking at is, accuiring as much WVO as I can and brewing when I can or need to. And would plastic or steal drums be better for holding the WVO? I know steal is better for bio, so I have 4 drums ready to be filled for clean bio, I still need to get drums for stocking up on WVO.
It's getting hard to find WVO around here so if wvo can sit for awhile, I want to stock up on as much as I can while I can.

Stockpiling is fine, but for the best results you should remove as much of the "crud" as you can and dewater. Final storage should be in air-tight containers.
