I've got a 2000 Excusion with the 6.8 V10
I have heard some bad stories about changing out
the spark plugs, "head damage".
Some questions,
1. Which plug is the best.
2. What is the tourq spec.
3. Should antisieze be used.
4. What is spark plug gap.

real quick though
1) AP103's from wally world (same as OEM MC's)
2) i used 168in/lbs (apx 14ft/lbs)
3) it's up to you a dab wouldn't hurt
4) gap is .052-.054, i gaped mine at .053 (happy medium)

Yes. Use just enough to coat the threads of the spark plug.

I just got done changing my plugs. The five on the drivers side were a really easy. The first three on the drivers side were fairly easy, number four a little difficult. But the last one on passenger side was a bear! Took about an hour and a half to do the first 8 the other two took an hour and a half more. Good luck, John.

 

Already done, the back 2 on the passenger side were a PITA.
Went with the Autolite 103's
