Need Help Adding Sub,Amp, Aux Plug

I have a 03 sport trac that has a factory 6 disc cd/mp3 headunit that also supports Sat, and a AUX button on the face. I want to install a factory sub and amp to work with this head unit but dont know how as well as a AUX plug so i can hear my Zune. I pulled the head unit to take a look at the back and i see 2 harness plugs in the dash and 2 on the radio itself, funny thing though is one of the 2 in the dash is not connected and just dangeling (dosent fit in the plug in the radio). I am unsure what it is for or can i do what i am wanting......Any help? if it was for a sub where whould i check for the other end of that loose connector at?

ill take a look but its weird that i have seen the sub in 2 different places....one being under the seat in the rear (which there is nothing there) or behind the rear seat in the little cubby holes in the wall. tonight i looked in there and didnt see anything, but i didnt take it apart just peaked in the hole. so i am wondering what if that is not a sub and amp plug then what is it? where is it supposed to go and can i still do what i want here? lots of questions......

don't consider a factory sub! look at

www.proboxrocks.com

for a sub, they don't list it on the website but they got it. email them and they got a killer 10 inch woofer available for that truck. i had that truck before my f150 and i played with alot of stuff in it. if i were to do it again, itll be probox's box with THEIR woofer which is wicked like a JL audio's w6's.
