code-p1280 ICP Circuit Out Of Range Low?

how do i fix this and what does it mean?

Welcome to FTE. Pud, I don't have a 4X4. at least I'm assumeing that you do just by the code. I think that the guys on this forum can be of a greater assistance to you if you will supply more information ie year, model, any mods, mileage, is your truck chipped, last oil change, what you were doing when you got the CEL, have you cleared the CEL to see if it came back, etc.

Put all of that together and I'm sure that someone will get back to you with a fix.

not sure what a 4x4 has to do with it but anyways...
first check for loose pins or corrosion in the icp connector,
do you have access to get pid data?

What is pid data exactly and I checked for loose wires and corrison and its good

ah, ok, no chips, besides the 1280 is electrical, 1211, 1212 is more of a demand problem. check for corrosion and connector problems, if thats ok then you need a scan tool that can check pid data to see what the icp is reading, its probably a bad sensor or the connector itself

ok nice thanks. this summer i plan to put new o rings on the injectors, the truck has 206,800 on it and runs great
