unbolt the hinges and break the spot weld (with a slight twist). They will come off.

Backyard way: air chisel with a ground end for slight angle alignment.

Professional way: Eastwood's pn's 12186, and 12258 (together 12259?)

I typically start out with an impact driver and a phillips bit (I think its a #4) to ruin the screws. Once they are good and properly ruined then I drill the heads out with a 5/16 or 1/4 innch drill bit. After you get the door and hinges out of the way you can get a good hold on the remaining screw with vise grips to get them out.

Good luck
Bobby
