Pimp My Truck

My 1988 F-250 is solid white, dingy, ugly and I want to spice it up a bit.
I have some plans for her, but want some input from the other Ford truck owners.
Here are some of my future plans:
1. Cab Lights
2. Grill Guard
3. Low profile bug shield
4. Sliding rear window
5. Have Truck buffed and waxed
6.After market wheels

Any other ideas ??

Wheels and tires have a bigger impact than any other mod in my view.

WOW!!!!
Thats a bit more pimping then I had in mind.
Those wheels cost more than my entire truck is worth !!

This is a pullin/haulin work truck, but want it to have some personality!

Did Ford come out with any factory style decal packages in the 87-91 trucks ??

I'm gonna put a 92 4X4 decal on the back of the bed !

lol okok.. im getting to know what you want. just a good looking truck not a SHOW TRUCK! lol

here yah go

what i think these 87-92 trucks dont go good with big aftermarket rims with lttle rubber.. grab some 16 x 8 good looking rims.. nothing flashy and a beefy 32 tire and you will be banging

what i would do if i where you...

tint glass... 16x8 rims.. with some 32x10rubber and a 3"body lift..
thats the main things.. and its up to you what other small stuff you want

OHH OHH ! and i love cab lights on a F250 cant wait to get a set myself

Yes, cab lights really set a truck off especially in the evening.

I love the dark blue truck and the chrome nerf bars.

I have the aluminum steps, but would love to get some black nerf bars $$$$

I kind of like the fiberglass running boards and fender flares. Looked at a '95 SuperCab the other day that had 'em and it looked real sharp.

take the money you'd spend on the buff and wax, buy some polishing compound, turtle wax and cab lights. One of the kids on here made some real nice steps. I'd skip the bug screen, and try to find some spoke wheels. That's just me.

I definitely want some rims, and will go with the old style chrome wagon wheels or something similar.
I see your truck is very similar to mine and would like to see some pictures in your gallery.
