Depends, do you know how to undo 8 bolts?
IF you do, not very long, but that's only flipping the original shackle.
IF you use a front shackle from a rear leaf spring, then it'd take a little longer.
Just busting your chops.... Don't know exactally how long it would take, but I'm sure it can be easily done in 2 hours.

Yeah, can't take long at all.
Things that would add time would be if you have a gas tank in the way (bronco) or if you have problems with the shackle bushings not wanting to let go of the bolt and you have to cut if off and go buy new ones from the dealer.

I was thinking about jumping on it tomorrow at work if my local napa has the right ubolts. George has 3" blocks and axle wrap is a sumbitch. Maybe its because the 460 is gutless and weak.

I have 3" blocks and hate them too. The axle wrap is pretty bad, but not the worst. I wanted to do a shackle flip so bad, but couldn't unless I droped the 33 gallong gas tank and skid plate, and since the fuel gauge doesn't work, I don't know when it'd be empty to drop it, and if I droped it, I would put a new fuel sending unit and new gas tank. So a cheap shackle flip would turn into a big project and cost a good $200+....so.... in went the blocks.
