So then, if the DE chapter is the Postitutional National Convention - that makes me KING of DELAWARE doesn't it?
I'm not clear on this point

I still like those "Arches". They remind me of radar domes on high performance aircraft...
I wish I could test the hydraulic system.

To be honest - I think I'm on my seventh (keyboard) since 2001.
I have no patience for sticky keys.
