So then, if the DE chapter is the Postitutional National Convention - that makes me KING of DELAWARE doesn't it?

I'm not clear on this point

A computer chair does not a throne make, though I have been accused of sending armies of Knights in SPAMMING armor out into the field.

I still like those "Arches". They remind me of radar domes on high performance aircraft...
I wish I could test the hydraulic system.
