Question leakie rearend seal

hey guys hope you can help i installed 1inch blocks on the rear of my 06 4x2 screw over the weekend and 3 days later i have a leak at the drive shaft is that seal that sensative to any type of alignment issues i quess i should take the blocks back off and see if that is the problem

i know when you lift them, your u-joints won't last as long...maybe they needed lubed? Do they have the zerks, or are they sealed?
