Why do General Grabber A/T2's seem to be on permanent backorder?
Just wondering if anyone has any insight on this.
I was looking at these tires back in like December, called a local tire place for a price and they told me they were on national backorder.
I was just on tirerack.com a few minutes ago, and they STILL show the Grabber A/T2 as being on backorder.
What's the deal? These sound like good tires, but hell you can't get em anywhere!

Might have something to do with supply and demand?
"While many of the Grabber AT2 sizes meet the industry's severe snow service requirements"
Rated 94% within its category (basically excellent across the board)
Still winter.
Popular snow rated AT tire priced well below the BFG, so I think supply can't met demand and the tires are going to its biggest chain sellers first, that placed orders.
