Thumbs up 51 springs

I was wondering if anyone has tried POSIES lowered Dual Flex front springs and lowered rear multi-leaf springs. Another question I have is when you take down the front of the rear leaf on a 51 ford does the bolt that faces the front come off and release the pin. I understand the front( It look ok) but the back makes my wonder.Another question for you 50,s ford lovers is does the bearings get pressed on the front of the spindle. My front drivers side is sticking and I want to replace it I found this out when I was replacing the wheel cylinders. I would appreciate any help. Warm wheather is coming???

I have the Posies dual flex front springs on my 52 pickup and the lowered rear spings also. The rear are the "slightly" lowered ones which I think are just a couple inches. I should have my truck on the road this summer so don't have any ride quality info yet. I did have to clearance the shackles on the rear to clear the reversed eye of the spring even tho Posies says you don't have to clearance them. They came with no instructions and no leaf clamps. Found their phone support also lame.

I don't understand your second question and have never done front wheel bearings yet.

The inner front wheel bearing race should slide right off the spindle.
