5.4 blew plug, now won't stay running

My e350 1997 5,4 blew a plug out of cylinder #3. I had the top end apart except for the heads and repaired the threads and replaced the cop with a coil from a 2003 4.6.
I got it all back together and now it starts, but won'ty stay running. It will run for about 2 seconds and then sounds like it's running out of gas. I think I hear the fuel pump shut off.
Can anyone give me an idea where to start looking for the gremlin?
Check engine light has been on since plug blew out. What does it take to clear the original fault?

Simply disconnecting the battery for 15 minutes will do it.

I'd suggest measuring the fuel pressure with a gauge to see if you're loosing pressure.

Make sure all the sensors are hooked back up. The fuel pump will run for 2-3 secs when you turn the key on pressurizing the system. Then before the pump will run again the pcm needs to know if the engine is turning over. Sounds like it isn't getting that signal I would assume it would be the crank shaft position sensor or what ever delivers the tach pulses

thanks for the comeback fellows. The fuel pressure is steady. I got a code reader and found the wires off of one cop. Still won't stay running.

Found connection on air intake after air filter was not on correctly. The 4 inch hose clamp wasn't on properly. Fixed it and she purrs like a kitten.
Thanks everyone for the help. Foe a while I felt likle I was down and out in Bevrely Hills. Actually Anaheim.
