2008 SD Fuse/Relays

Do i have to dissconect the battery before i replace a blown fuse/relay?Last night i blew the left/right trailer relays under the hood.I had a bad wire under the trailer.

No need to disconnect batteries for a plug in relay or fuse. I like to be sure the load is off before pluggin them in, but no need to remove batteries.
