I'm still trying to decide what vehicle to take, I figured roughly $85 if i drive the psd, $60 if I drive the escape..

I was hoping to have a tank of bio by then, but I need a 50gal electric water heater.. anybody know of one?

Cookie was kind enough to unload, ahem.. give me one,

but it has a plastic liner in it - no go for bio..

I'm already there, no really, we are members of a camping club. Our monthly meet is at the Moro Bay State Park, this month anyway. We will be camped (if you call a 37' 5er a camper) until Sunday, then it's back to the ratrace until next month.

OK folks, 3 weeks and counting. So far, the campsite is rented, I have 3 folding tables for the food service and to eat at. There are no rental canopies to be had in this area, I do have one 10X10 and I remember a few saying that they had one, so bring them please.
Also, what time will everybody be pulling in? Just a general idea, nothing critical.
The campground is clean, the trails were cleaned and repaired this week by my camping group, the playground has recieved a fresh layer of mulch and we have the blessing of the park Ranger to hold our meeting (as long as it doesn't get too rowdy), so it looks like we are ready to go.

Oh yeah, did we ever hear from any of the LA bunch? Are any of them coming?

I have a 10x10 and 2 folding card tables plus lawn chairs. I don't think my BBQ grill is going to make to many more trips so unless we really need it I want it to stay at the house.
It's your home field Jeff when do you want to start ? I haven't seen anything from the La gang I even started a thread in their forum.

Dave, I have a grill that we can cook burgers and dogs for those that don't want the smoked meat. Bring your canopy, that should be all. I can get as many 6' long folding tables from the park as needed.
I will already be there, so time is really not relevant, just show up when it is good for your group.

I got the pm and was very excited... unitl I remembered im going to the LR zoo sat. Is everyone going to show up fri nite and if you stay sat. nite how long will you stay sunday. If I can I want to atleast make it to some of the gathering!!

The meeting is Sat only. As far as I know, I will be the only one there for the whole weekend. If you want to come by on Sun, I will be there till mid-afternoon.
On this note though, If anyone wants to stay in the area Sat night, my Stepdaughter works for a local motel and can get you a decent rate. Let me know if any are interested.

Is everyone planning on driving their trucks? May have to starve the pig if I do..

This is rough, at this rate, diesel will be $6.00 by the gtg..
