I have a large shop fan that should stir the breeze for us. If needed, I have one grill in my rig and could bring another. I haven't been by the rental place to check on a canopy, but was thinking of buying a 12X12'. It will be needed for shows and such later.
The indoor pavilion is screened only, no A/C. The restrooms are across the street from it, probably 50-75 yards away. If there are say 25 people I think the campsite will be plenty, if more, I can get the site next to it if available.
If I can make it, I have two 10x10 canopies and can get access to a larger one. I will know closer to the date if I can get off work.

I don't know how BAD my 6.0 is with just the Superchips. I does make a difference though. LOT'S more FUN!!!!!!!! I plan to be there. Am scheduled to work that day but should be able to trade.

It sure sounds like a bunch of fun. Haven't figured out if we could swing getting away again or not. Right now I'm working like a madman trying to get my engine back together and in the truck for a Branson trip end of April , then , I have to tear into my 5er to mount a new genny , flip the axles, and a few other things before a big trip out west this summer, so y'all are just going to have to have some extra fun for us if we cant make it

Hey guys, looks like everything is on track for the gtg. I am trying to get the truck straightened out so hopefully I will be able to drive it over there. I hope nothing comes up at work. I would really hate to miss a gtg so close to the house. Has anyone thought about coolers for drinks? I have a couple and can definatly get a few more if needed.
