Door Ajar Light is On

I read the post re: interior lights stay on. I have the same problem on my 2003 SD Crewcab. There must be a problem with a door switch. The door switch is part of the latch in the door? How can I check these or clean them? Try lubing the latch with WD-40?

WD40 does seem to fix them most of the time.
