Frybrid veggie oil setup on a 6.9L F-250

This is my first time working with a diesel, other than driving trucks at work, but my brother has a 6.9L F-250 that he might sell me cheap and I am contemplating setting it up to run on Veggie oil. A coworker of mine has a "Frybrid" brand kit on his Dodge Cummins and really likes it. I was just wondering if anyone has used this setup on their Ford or what they think of it?
