I like the sound of glass packs personally, but not over straight pipes. I have glass packs on my 69 and straights on my 95, glasspacks have a unique sound to them. Not like chambered mufflers with the "tone" but not like straights with the "rasp"
I would do it. Just my opinion though.

I say go for it. I have a glasspack on my daily driver (a 4 cyl daewoo, yes you can start laughing now) It sounds better than the ricers it has a deeper tone than the ones they put on. I also have it on my 75 F-250 with 390 and I love the sound of that one. When i put headers on a I am going to run duals with glasspacks.

They are cheap and they do hold up for extended periods of time. I don't have them but my friend does and they sound good on his. Good tone, alittle loud for me but hey to each their own you know?

Hey when you drive a Korean gone out of business tin can for your comuter car you have to have a sense of humor right

That's why I bought the F250 Good old American Gas guzzling power. To make up for my Tin Can.

atleast you made up for it properly, but i think owning 2 fords would just about erase the daewoo from all recolection!!!!!

I predict that oneday , Daewoo's will be sold at Barret-Jackson for more than pristine original Cobra's.

Don
I would have to agree with you on owning the two fords to make up for the Daewoo. Now if the wife just felt the same way I want to get a Gran Tarino to mess around with, Hoepfully in the next year.

Hey I the wife drives a Land Rover ( its owned by ford ) does that Count?
