champaroo is starting off with a positive reputation.
help with 6'' lift

i am installing a procomp 6'' stage II lift on my 07 f150 4x4 do i need the emergency brake bracket i cannot find the one that suppose to come with the kit?

mattd17 is starting off with a positive reputation.
if you dont use the aftermarket bracket, then when you install the larger lift in the back, it will pull on your e-brake and keep it constantly set (not completely, but you will definately hear it rubbing). that is why the kit comes with a bracket to lower the cables so they dont pull. if you just left them out of the backet, then it wouldnt rub, but i dont know how well the e-brake would work when needed..... but for now i would say to do that, and then as soon as you can i would install the correct bracket.
