Metal Radiator Hoses

I plan to do a rebuild on my 1966 Ford F100 4X4 soon and wanted to know if anyone has ever used any of the aftermarket radiator hose or heater hose kits that are made from copper and stainless steel. My first concerns were adding dissimilar metal to the cooling system and if anyone using the kits was happy or unhappy with the product.
Some examples can be found here: http://www.coolflex.com/cfm/welcome.cfm

and here: http://store.summitracing.com/partde...5&autoview=sku this product fails to offer a 2 inch version for big block lower hoses.
