05 tranny troubles

I have a 05 F150 auto trans. Since day 1Tranny would bang betwen gears and chatter. It has been to the dealer 5X's. They have changed ujoints, teflon output splines driveshaft, recalibrated the PCM as per TSB 05-10-12 bulletin. It now has higher shift points, it boggs between 1st and 2nd when I jump on itand my fuel mileage has gotten worse. Anyone have an idea whats to do next? The truck now has 40,000 miles on it. I am at the point of wanting to get rid of it but can't afford to. PLEASE HELP. Thanks.

Have they considered changing the torque convertor or even the entire trans. I would complain to the zone rep and get a new trans! Unfortunately, the squeaky wheel gets help, but keep bitching and moving up the chain starting with the zone rep.

Its hard enough getting them to agree there is any problem, getting the to put a tranny in is slim to none. How do I find out how to contact the zone rep. or even the regional rep.? I will contact them a conplain there. This truck goes on long weekend trips and its drives me crazy and makes me worry when on trips.
