What year Harness and vehicle will work?

Ladies and Gentlemen,

I was just wondering if anyone knew off the top of their heads on which engine wire harness will work for my Stock 1985 F-150 302 FI?

I was wondering if say a crown vic or another non-mass air 302 FI car harness will work?

I need to change mine out and I figured only the 85' 150 or bronco will work but it can't hurt to ask!

Thanks!

The car harnesses are different from the bronco and f150 harnesses. Stick with the Bronco or the f150.

Make your own it will be way cheaper unless you paln on going to a boneyard but
then you will be in the same predictament eventually!!
for the pins and connectors http://www.sherco-auto.com/cg.htm
For bad @$$ marine grade last forever wire http://www.skycraftsurplus.com/index...TS&Category=24
Using shrink wrap and split loom and grouping the circuits together in a say all right
side wires together left side etc. basically to make it easier to work on and better
looking can make for a better harness.
Putting new pin terminals in the computer connector and either new connectors
completely or using the stock with new terminals will beat a junk yard harness.
If you use that gold contact protector when you do this will make for a corrosion
free and lasting harness better then the $500.00 harness brand new!! Whatever
harness you go with using it will keep the connectors like new and the deoxit
cleaner will clean the ones you reuse and for maintenence. I use the crap out of
that stuff and would reccomend it to anyone who demands performance out of
everything that is electric it really does make for better conduct and the pen one
lasts a long time and can be used about anywhere. http://store.caig.com/s.nl;jsessioni...2&category=292
