I like that truck, I actually wanted one of those before I bought the 67 F100.

Now for an UPDATE!!! Finally

I have been bustin my hump for the past couple days and finally have more pics. so here ya go.

The new 2005 Dodge with cummins intercooler and radiator

another shot of the coolers, notice how they are as big as I can fit in the engine bay. I had to cut into the frame to make the intercooler fit, I did reinforce the frame though.\

Here you can see the new lines I had made out of 4800 psi hydraulic hose and the new lokar shift linkage. I chose the hydraulic hose because it looks better than normal power steering hose and it is steel braided and since the truck sits so low I figured it added some security if they scrape something.

Here is a shot of the power steering/ hydraboost lines going into the power rack. Again they are made of high pressure steel braided hose for protection against puncture due to the low stance of the truck although I did my best to route them up out of the way.

Here is a shot of the overall rack and pinioin and how I routed the power steering lines.

Here you can see the distance from the radiator to the mechanical fan. I will be replaceing the mechanical fan with an electric setup after the truck is running. I plan on doing a test to see if there are any mpg gains there.

I almost forgot to mention the 2003 ford ranger 17 gallon tank I chose to go with, it fits nicely but was a pain to get to fit.

Heres a pic of the 4" down pipe I am makeing I will then taper it down into a 3.5" full exhaust that will exit out of the roll pan.

Here is a better overall shot of the turbo and down pipe. The clearance is tight but it has at least 1" at the firewall 1.75" at the shifter and column and 2" from the engine block.

Here is the engine bay and basically what it is going to look like when done. I just need to make a plate to hold the intercooler and radiator in place and add the a/c compressor along with a second battery with wiring and air intake.

Can't wait for the video! It looks great! It amazes me what all you have done is just 3 months, and only working on it every now and again from being out of town.

Thanks for the ego boost Looking back I cant believe I did it that fast but then again I do work on it about 20hrs a day when I am home ( seriously 20hrs/day) I am very proud of the fact that I have done the entire job on my own without anyone so much as handing me a tool. I even drove all the way from Texas to Minnesota to get it by myself. I have had a great time doing it so far. Now I just need to get it finished so I can start reeping the rewards of cruisin.

What a great project. Question, how is your shift pattern on your shifter with the 700R4? I've got a '79 F150 tilt steering column and a 700R4 mated to a 390. I like the transmission and the overdrive, but need some adjusting on the shifter pattern. Another perspective would help.
