Swap Virgin... 6.8L JD Diesel into 76 250 cmprspcl 2wd

Sounds like a good idea if it will fit and you have a way to hook up a trans. I also figuring that you will need some suspension work as well to handle the weight.

sounds like a pretty sweet swap if it all will work. Any thoughts to what transmission you are going to use? Ive played around with the thought of swapping a JD 4.5L in my f150.
