LMC Truck??
The wife has ordered the billet grill inserts for me for my birthday from LMC - great thought - ubt when I order I'd rather pay a little more for better quality.
I was planning on ordering through Carriage Works, since I had read so much positive on their workmanship.
How is the quality of LMC stuff?

I had a 68 chevy pickup and I got alot of stuff from LMC, heater ***** and cables, a fender, rocker panels, dome light cover, tailgate, bed patch panels, bumpers, bench seat, taile lights, grill, trim kit, and gauge pod. I have never had a problem with them and have always recieved good parts. I also got a new headliner unit for my 91 S10 and it came in good quality, just like the OEM.

Wow my dad owns a body shopand we both have ordered lots of stuff from LMC... Tons and tons (never a fender though).. Never had any problem with quality.. or returning anything we thought didn't fit right, or wasn't exactly what we wanted. Sometimes they are priced a little higher then other places, but we deal with them regularly. Carrige works is very good too.

There costumer service is very good.
I have seen people buy a hood from them, and it got dented in shipement so, it was returned, they sent another one. That one was dented, and they ended up refunding the money. I've seen their thin chrome metal grille surrounds on the 73-79 trucks dent from leaning against them..... and that was after modifying it to fit in the first place.
I sit on the stock one when working on my 79 with no trouble.
Just don't make things like they used to.
