SUPERDUTY_untouchabl is gaining momentum as a positive member of FTE.
When my dad had his 7.3 he got a hypertech tuner for it. On stage 3 it would smoke like a freight train but it would also get the better side of 20mpg.

I have heard of some people (up at silver) poring used motor oil down there stacks to make them SMOKE, but of course you would need stacks, witch you should already have if your 23 with deep pockets, because nothing looks more bad a$$ than a diesel Rollin down the street with stakes just billowing smoke. Sometimes it makes me jellos.

The ULSD apparently just doesnt smoke as much. I take that to be a good thing, your internals wont get gummed up as fast.

You should get the Greenhorn Diesel LBT tune, it is perfect for people that have more money than brains ....

Soon to add 4" turbo back, Guages, and SCT with some tunes, and of course I would bet new headgaskets and studs when the truck tells me it needs them.

I guess you need to buy a Dodge then, not trying to be difficult here, Cummins is common rail and he is blowing smoke because of over fueling.

Guys .. seriously, is this what FTE is becoming ???? He asked a question and just wanted help. He really didn't need to go into WHY he wanted more smoke. But we have people on here now telling him he's being stupid, immature, etc. Like others have said, if you can't assist, don't throw rocks at the guy.

i think the hostility comes from the fact that the epa and citizens themselves are up and all over gross polluters and someone coming here and wanting to contribute to the problem just makes it that much harder on all of us.

its due to particulate exhaust that we now have deisels overladen with emissions crap all over them.

its like someone coming here asking what would be the best gun to by for snipering someone.

and he is basically breaking emissions laws. so i don't expect anyone to help anybody break laws here. let him figure it out if he is so smart and then get a fix it ticket when the time comes.

Try a walmart bag over your air cleaner. TJ in the early powerstroke form got one sucked onto his air filter giving birth to the walmart bag mod.

ill be the guy and make everyone happy. your an idiot, its because of guys like you that diesels get a bad name. and then they start on the gassers and i now have to grind the exhaust ports on windsor heads to get any power to start with. emmisions crap is there for a reason. doing something to look cool is retarted. you wanna look cool then get some chrome shocks and build yourself a mall crawler. but dont add fuel to the fire that already cant be put out. if your so smart then you would know that looking cool and being mature can go hand in hand with out doing stupid things. but you dont have deep pockets im bettin daddy does. or did, then im thinking prob trust fund baby. next you will be in the offroad forum asking if you can stack 8 inch blocks and run a 9 inch body lift to clear 44 inch tires to look cool to all your high school friends.

sorry for the rambleing and long post everyone else but im so sick of hearing i just wanna do it to look cool and forget what everyone is trying to tell me why i shouldnt. great advise is given on this forum but when it comes to stupidity, people get butt hurt when you tell them the truth.

im done now.
