Carb ID

I need a rebuild kit for a 1982 econoline van 302 motorcraft/holley 2bbl carb. It looks like a 2150 but of course thats not enough of an ID.
Before you say it.... There is no tag!!!
I dont want to take it off the engine and then go shopping, so I am hoping some one can give me a way to identify this carb.

You are most likely right. The 2150 was the stock carb from 75 to 85 on most v-8 motors. unless you plan to change out the jets, that rebuild kit should work. If your going to change the jets you will have to look at them first. That applies to almost any carb.

Oh yea

What have i got myself into...

Ok, its not a 83 its an 82, come to find out that it is not the veriable venturi carb that it had originally. I can only find the holley list number (80179). Holleys web site doesnt even have anything on that number.

Does anyone here recognize this list number 80179 0666?
