F100 from long to short bed

I just bought a '64 F100 and it came with an extra short bed. What exactly do I have to do to put this on?

Find another truck with a short chassis, or sell it and pick up some change for your truck.

User names mean nothing, except what you gotta use to post here.

What would you like answered. Are the bolts in the bed invisible or are the holes in the spare bed covered over.

Reason I asked is the bed is bolted to the chassis. We can't see what you are writing about so do you need to know how to deal with bolts, lifting or what?

What I need to know is will it bolt right up? Do I need to cut anything? The short bed is not bolted to the chassis. It is currently laying on the ground in my backyard. It also needs a new floor as well so will I be able to cut the floor out of my long bed and trim to fit the short one? In the bolts and lifiting department I was just going to un-bolt the longbed and have a couple people help lift the shortbed on.
