Looks good.

I made cover to go over the gap in the fender wells. The covers help keep water, mud, salt and etc from flying up and hitting my headers. I used some 1/8" Neoprene rubber and some of those plastic tree pins to hold them on after a cut them to fit. Of course the gap on my SD was pretty big and right next to the headers.

Gotta keep them headers shiny.

Thank you both. I havent gotten the new mufflers yet Dustin, I was going to wait until spring when all the salts off the road because I also wanted to remove the cats, so I just figured wait until then and get some more fun out of these loud as bullets in the mean time. The headers deff made the exhaust louder, but it use to be so ridiculously loud before that the difference in decibals could not be distingusihed to the normal ear.

Good point dfk, I would like to keep these things shiny as possible, that is why I have been getting like 2 car washes a week to get any salt off of them

I got to get some new ones up, but here are some ones from the summer. Sort of cloudy out when I had taken them but an idea.

Its probably not gonna get any deeper. You are not hearing a lot of the rasp, popping and general bad sounds because the cat is muffling them somewhat. Straights are sharp, harsh and most people end up hating the sound.

Want deep? Bigger pipe will give you that.

thats what i was thinking also, going with bigger pipe, but i do like the sound of straight pipes, atleast on my truck, just wonderin what it would sound like on fordf350baby's truck. Probably alot diffrent than mine, being a bbf and all.
