About parts, you can find almost everything over the internet and prices are reasonable. The only problem is shipping to europe, as many vendors simply don't ship internationally. Luckily, sponsors like Rock-Auto and Mike's truck salvage do ship outside the US and I'm very happy with both.

I sometimes wonder what trying to restore this truck in spain would have been like without the internet, I mean, without this forum, without online shopping...

Is that your cb antenna mounted out in front?
Never seen one mounted there before sure is different.

 

Yep, she be my antenna, I used to have a spare tire on the front and it was mounted to the brackets for it, so left part of the brackets holding the antenna on to keep the antenna up there.

 

Here is my "Ole Yeller Truck". Haven't gotten much cosmetic done to it yet, just cleaned up and a quick buff. Not too bad for a truck that sat for so long, 15-18 years.

Sorry no more pics., been fighting with the computer and the website all night just to get this one! I can't figure this thing out for crap!

Picture in your mind a 73 F-100, Pine tree pollen yellow, faded white double stripe along the bottom, factory wheel covers, and bed rails! That's the best I can do. I've got several pictures on my computer but can't get but this one in my gallery and none that will work here. Now I'm po'd.

 

ramarado I can see it in my mind's eye clear as a bell LOL! I feel your pain, I tryed to load a couple of pictures from photobucket to my gallery for about an hour last night before giving up.

I don't know. I keep hearing about some photobucket and I don't know what that is. I do what it says to do in the create gallery and I get a Java error or something like that. Crap, most things I can do on this thing but when it comes to moving photos to this site it just doesn't want to do it and I'm too old and "puter illiterate to keep screwing with it! Like trying to put a metric nut on a std bolt. Looks good but just won't quite do it. I'll quit b***hin now!
