Does anyone know of a good powder coater around the lowcountry? Ive got a tube grill for the 79 that I want "did up" in flat black. For this project I am willing to sacrifice quality for cost. A buddy of mine has the junk to do it but the grill wont fit in his oven so I assume I need to send it to a shop.
Thanks

I know the company I work for has sent some stuff right around (or below?) Columbia for powdercoating. I can check with our Part handler or Expeditor persons Monday if I can remember...
Usually these were machine bases... maybe like 72x96x120 in size...so they should be able to handle a grill...
Its a tube grill that was chromed at one time but now rusted pretty bad. I sandblasted it the other day and put 2 coats of primer on it and let it cure. Today I sprayed it black but Im not sure I like it so I guess Im glad I didnt drop the coin on powder coat. The paint and primer didnt cover the pits in the chrome like I had hoped.
Its for my mud truck so I guess I should just leave well enough alone and be happy.
