Can't Find AFE Filter

I have an AFE stage II cold air intake system installed in my truck and i need a new air filter for it. I looked at the papers it came with and it says it is Pro Guard 7 filter with a part number of 72-90020 and a replacement part number of 24-91018. I can't find a filter that matches up with these numbers. Its been a few years since it was installed as I bought it from my uncle. Does anyone know where I can get one online? Thanks for the help.

I have the stage 2 as well the filter is an oddball size lol I was looking for a replacement as well but a better element It was showing signs of dusting my turbo so instead I made my own intake with a 6637 paper element filter and some 4" pipe sounds just as good as the AFE,and I can get a filter anytime I like from NAPA and no more dusting problem
