its more than that. there is an article in one of the last months diesel mag's that has a write-up on the diy kit with the dimensions. cant remember which one though

no I think its around .100 but each piston has to be within .0005 of each other.

You get more output. DIY's 2's used to be 180CC with larger nozzles. Without larger nozzles you won't get much over 160cc out.
