Question More Fluids

I really appreciate everyone's help! One more stupid question, can anyone tell me how to check the transmission fluid in my 1950 F1 Flathead V8? After this I should have all fluids changed and now I know how old the fluids are.

There should be two plugs on the passenger side of the tranny (at least there is on the HD 3 spd). One on the bottom and one on the side. The fluid should be just up to the bottom of the side plug hole. That's also where you fill it - unless you pull the top shifter cover and fill it from there.
