On my 21'st birthday bought a 99 F150 it had 21K miles on it, one year old. Traded that one for the F250 which at the time had 40K miles. My wife used to have a 95 Ford Bronco 5.8 but was traded for the Mustang.
Currently have the three diesels in sig along with four cars.
I am 28 and my wife who drives the Excursion is 29.
Ahhh... I'm not brand loyal but was brought up on GM's. I've had 'em all but not too many Fords. My first was a 94 Escort GT (had a girlfriend at the time who was 3 hrs away & my 318 Dakota didn't cut it) then a 98 Explorer. After those I was on a GM / Dodge sprint for awhile but now have a 2WD ranger for economy (I'm currently painting & modding it) and a F150 Super Crew King Ranch. I also just talked my dad into his first Ford since the 70's F100 that I helped him rivet patches on when I was 6. He now has a nice 06 F150.
I'm 51 and I've owned a F-100 been so long I don't remember the year, an 87 F-150 still have it but the interior caught fire (long story) so now she's a barn ornament, a 99 F-250 Superduty shortbed and if I trade my son my 99 I'll have a 97 F-350 longbed.
I looked at an 08 today. It is going to take a while to get past the new headlamps. They look like they are upside down. I loved the truck other than that. I also love the price quoted with a dealer markdown, Ford incintive and and FEDP. That $50K truck was priced in the low $30's. Now if diesel wasn't $5.00 a gallon, they would have sold it.

If diesel wasn't $5 a gallon the $50k truck wouldn't be in the $30's. A dealer friend of mine has a very nice 05 250 extended cab lwb diesel on the lot with 33k for $19,998. That's $8-$10k cheaper than 6 months ago and it's all because of fuel prices.
Since I'm only 34 I've owned my fair share of Fords. Funny thing is my dad retired my GM and only owned 1 GM car that I can remember...the rest were Fords.
